Terms and Conditions for Última Gota Wine Club Membership (6 bottle and 12 bottle membership)

1. Overview

Welcome to the Última Gota Wine Club. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

2. Membership Eligibility
  • Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
  • Members must provide valid identification and proof of age upon request.
  • Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared.
3. Membership Enrollment
  • To enroll, prospective members must complete the online registration form and provide accurate personal information.
    Members can choose from two membership plans:
    • 6 bottle membership
    • 12 bottle membership
  • Membership is activated upon successful subscription. Discount benefits are active after the first membership plan payment.
4. Membership Benefits

All members have access to exclusive events and seasonal offers as well as priority access to new releases.

  • 6 bottle Club Members:
    • receive six (6) bottles of wine delivered to their designated address twice a year (total of 12 bottles per year), complementary shipment
    • enjoy a 15% discount off the retail price of follow-up purchases (minimum 6 bottles) , shipment costs apply
  • 12 bottle Club Members:
    • receive twelve (12) bottles of wine delivered to their designated address twice a year (total of 24 bottles per year), complementary shipment
    • enjoy a 20% discount off the retail price of follow-up purchases (minimum 6 bottles) , shipment costs apply
5. Shipment Terms and Schedule
  • Shipments will occur twice a year, specifically in June and December.
  • Members will be notified via email at least two weeks prior to each shipment.
  • Members must ensure their delivery address is accurate and up to date to avoid delivery issues.
  • We currently deliver to within Portugal and Germany. For all other EU order requests, please send an email to: info@ultimagota.pt
6. Payment Terms
  • Members will be billed at least 2 weeks prior to the time of shipment. Payment includes all benefits applicable to the membership plan.
  • Payment will be processed through the payment method provided during registration.
  • Members will receive an invoice via email upon each shipment.
7. Cancellation Policy
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time prior but not less than 30 days before the next scheduled shipment and will take immediate effect.
  • To cancel, members must provide written notice via email to info@ultimagota.pt.
  • Cancellations received within less than 30 days of the next shipment schedule will take effect after the completion of the shipment term, and no refunds will be issued for shipments already processed.
8. Returns and Exchanges
  • Due to the nature of wine, we do not accept returns or provide exchanges for delivered products unless the wine is damaged or defective.
  • In the event of damage or defects, members must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their shipment. We may require photographic evidence of the damage.
9. Privacy Policy
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during membership registration will be used solely for the purpose of processing orders and communicating with members. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Modifications to Terms
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or through the Club website.
  • Continued membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
  • Ultima Gota Lda is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the wines or services provided.
  • Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Última Gota Wine Club from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their membership.
12. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
