Located on the outskirts of Santiago de Cacém, a charming town with a rich Roman history, Última Gota Urban Winery is dedicated to crafting distinctive wines that showcase the unique characteristics of specific regions. We achieve this by collaborating with local grape growers who share our commitment to sustainable practices and by respecting the dedication and expertise of those who cultivate the land.
Aladino Jasse takes meticulous care in sourcing grapes from across regional boundaries, carefully selecting varieties that capture the essence of their origin. At the heart of our wines are two iconic Portuguese noble grape varieties: Castelão and Arinto. Each year, we also introduce a selection of other grape varieties to broaden our portfolio and offer something new and exciting.
